Designed for dedicated athletes looking to compete in CrossFit. It incorporates all facets of strength, skill and energy system development needed to compete, and is written with an understanding of structural balance and periodization to keep athletes healthy and progressing year after year. We offer 3/5 day options sometimes with double sessions.

Individualised programming for weightlifting that is focused on improving performance in the snatch and the clean and jerk. Programmes are completely individualised so no two people will have the same programme, this will allow individual weaknesses to be addressed, so to maximise your performance. If you want more structure to your training based on improving your technique in the Olympic lifts, this is for you.
