12 Week Transformation Challenge
What will the 12 week challenge give me? The key word to this program is sustainability! So don’t fear you wont be eating a diet of chicken and broccoli like a body builder prepping for a show. We will look at your current nutrition routine, lifestyle, work, day to day stressors, training and come up with the best route to reach your goal. Educating you and allowing you to continue long after the 12 weeks.
Beginners Introduction Course
This class will look primarily at the fundamental movements in Crossfit. Spending more time learning the correct techniques for basic pushing and pulling movements including squatting, bending and lunging. Skill elements such as kipping, skipping, and weightlifting will also be included.
