10 reps of: Overhead Squat, Drop Snatch, Snatch from Hip

5 reps of: Snatch from Knee, Snatch

Main Session

Snatch Balance – 3 reps x 5 sets (80%)

Snatch – 3 reps x 6 sets (75-80%)

Back Squat – 4 reps x 5 sets (75%)

Pendlay Row – 5 reps x 5 sets

Weighted Plank – 30 seconds x 5 sets

Superset the rows and planks.
