5 reps of: Snatch Receive, Snatch from Hip, Snatch from Knee, Snatch

Main Session

Snatch Deadlift + Snatch + Overhead Squat – 2+2+2 reps x 5 sets

Snatch Deadlift (Touch and Go) – 4 reps x 4 sets

Pause Front Squats (3 second pause) – 3 reps x 4 sets

Weighted Plank – 1 minute x 5 sets

Sotts Press – 5 reps x 5 sets
