10 reps of: Overhead Squat, Drop Snatch, Snatch from Hip

5 reps of: Snatch from Knee, Snatch

Main Session

Snatch grip behind the neck Push Press – 5 reps x 4 sets (heavy!)

Snatch Deadlift – 3 reps x 5 sets (110-120%)

Front Squat – 4 reps x 6 sets (70-75%)

Side Plank – 1 minute each side x 5 sets
