10 reps of: Overhead Squat, Drop Snatch

5 reps of: Snatch Receive, Snatch from Hip, Snatch from Knee, Snatch

Main Session

Close Grip Snatch – 4 reps x 4 sets (Use as close to your clean grip as you can while still maintaining a good overhead position in the squat)

Split Jerk – 3 reps x 5 sets

Romanian Deadlift – 6 reps x 4 sets

Seated Shoulder Press – 5 reps x 5 sets
