Warm Up

10 reps of: Overhead Squat, Drop Snatch, Snatch from Hip

5 reps of: Snatch from Knee, Snatch

Main Session

Snatch + Hang Snatch (below knee) – 1+1 reps x 5 sets (80-85%)

Snatch Pull – 3 reps x 4 sets (100% of snatch)

Paused Front Squat (3 seconds) – 3 reps x 5 sets (75-80%)

Hyperextensions – 10 reps x 5 sets
