2 rounds of: 5 Overhead squats, 5 snatch deadlifts, 5 snatch receive

Main Session

Snatch Pull Under (no knee bend) – 3 reps x 4 sets

Snatch DL + Snatch – 3+1 reps x 6 sets

2 Position Snatch Deadlift – 3 reps x 4 sets

Front Squat – 5 reps x 4 sets

Snatch Push Press + OHS – 3+3 reps x 5 sets
