5 reps of: Snatch from Knee, Snatch

Main Session

Snatch + Overhead Squat (3 second pause in bottom of both snatch and squat) – 1+1 reps x 10 sets (80-85%)

Snatch Pull – 3 reps x 6 sets (100%)

Push Press + Overhead squat – 5+5 reps x 5 sets (clean grip on squat)

Squat Jumps – 5 reps x 4 sets
