2 rounds of: 5 Overhead squats, 5 snatch deadlifts, 5 snatch pull under

Main Session

Snatch Pull Under – 3 reps x 4 sets

Snatch – 3 reps x 8 sets

Front Squat + Back Squat – 3+6 reps x 4 sets (same weight across both exercises, no rest mid set)

Snatch Push Press + OHS – 3+3 reps x 4 sets
