Warm Up

10 reps of: Overhead Squat, Drop Snatch, Snatch from Hip

5 reps of: Snatch from Knee, Snatch

Main Session

High Hang Snatch – 3 reps x 6 sets (50-60%)

Front Squat + Jerk – 2+1 reps x 5 sets (75-80% of C&J)

Snatch Deadlift – 3 reps x 4 sets (100-110%)

Side Plank – 1 minute each side x 5 sets
