Warm Up

3 rounds of: 10 Good mornings (empty bar), 10 Wall Squats (hands on head)

3 rounds of: 5 Overhead squats, 5 snatch deadlifts

Main Session

No foot Snatch – 3 reps x 10 sets

Snatch Deadlift (pause @ knee for 3 seconds) – 3 reps x 4 sets

Pause Front Squat – 3 reps x 4 sets

Sotts Press – 5 reps x 5 sets

For those who can’t make the class, here’s a video of how it should look. The feet start wider than your regular pulling stance, and you do not jump your feet out.
