Warm Up

10 reps of: Front Squat, Press in Split, Clean from Hip, Jerk Balance

5 reps of: Clean from Knee, Pause Jerk, Clean, Jerk

Main Session

Hang Clean – Build to a 1RM

Clean Deadlift – Build to a 1RM (don’t let it turn into a regular deadlift! Position is key!)

Push Press – Build to a 1RM

Clean Grip Overhead Squats – 5 reps x 5 sets
