5 reps of: Clean from Knee, Pause Jerk, Clean, Jerk

Main Session

Hang Clean – 3 reps x 6 sets (70%)

Power Jerk – 4 reps x 4 sets (70-75% of C&J)

Clean Deadlift – 3 reps x 5 sets (110-120% of clean)

Hyperextensions – 10 reps x 4 sets
