Warm Up

3 rounds of: 10 Good mornings (empty bar), 10 Wall Squats (hands on head), 10 Strict Press

3 rounds of: 5 Front Squats, 5 Jerk Balance, 5 Clean Deadlift

Main Session

No Contact Clean + Jerk – 3+1 reps x 8 sets

2 Position Clean Deadlift (3 second pause at 1″ off floor, and at knee) – 3 reps x 4 sets

Barbell Rows – 8 reps x 4 sets

Tommy Yules – 10 reps x 4 sets

 

The no contact clean is a full clean without the bar contacting the thigh at the jump. Below is a video demonstrating how its done.
