Warm Up

10 reps of: Overhead Squat, Drop Snatch, Snatch from Hip

5 reps of: Snatch from Knee, Snatch

 

Main Session

Snatch – 1 rep x 8 sets (90-95%)

Snatch DL – 3 reps x 4 sets (110%)

Back Squat – 2 reps x 4 sets (90%)

Abs – 10 reps x 4 sets

 

No misses on the snatches! We want consistency with making attempts with good technique!
