Warm Up

3 rounds of: 10 Good Mornings, 10 Wall Squats (hands behind head), 10 Strict Press

3 rounds of: 5 Overhead Squats, 5 Snatch Deadlifts

Main Session

Snatch – build up to a 3RM, then take 5-10kg off and do 3 reps x 4 sets

C&J Warm Up – 3 rounds of: 5 Front Squats, 5 Jerk Balance, 5 Clean Deadlift

Clean & Jerk – 2 reps x 3 sets

Back Squat – 2 reps x 4 sets (heavy)

Hyperextensions – 10 reps x 3 sets (weighted)
