Warm Up

10 reps of: Overhead Squat, Drop Snatch, Snatch from Hip

5 reps of: Snatch from Knee, Snatch

Main Session

Snatch – 3 reps x 6 sets (75-80%)

Snatch Pull – 3 reps x 5 sets (100-110%)

Back Squat – 3 reps x 8 sets (75-80%)

Weighted Plank – 30 seconds x 5 sets

Sotts Press – 5 reps x 5 sets (load if possible)
