Main Session

Snatch + Hang Snatch (below knee) – 1+1 reps x 5 sets (85%)

Snatch Pull – 3 reps x 5 sets (100%)

Back Squat – 3 reps x 8 sets (80-85%)

Weighted Plank – 30 seconds x 5 sets

Sotts Press – 5 reps x 5 sets (weighted)
