5 reps of: Snatch from Knee, Snatch

Main Session

Broad Jump – 6 reps x 5 sets

Snatch – 2 reps x 10 sets (70%) – Focus on speed!

Deficit Snatch Deadlift – 4 reps x 4 sets (100% of snatch)

Front Squat – 3 reps x 8 sets (75%)

Side Plank – 1 minute each side x 5 sets
