Heaving Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat – 70%/2+2 reps x 4 sets

Snatch –  70%/3 reps x 5 sets

Front Squat – 80%/2 reps x 4 sets

Bottom Up Kettlebell press – 10 reps each arm x 3 sets + Aleknas – 10 reps x 3 sets

Superset the KB Presses and the aleknas

Wednesday

Clean (no foot + no contact) + power jerk –80%/1+1 reps x 4 sets

Clean & Jerk – 60%/3 reps x 3 sets, 70%/2 reps x 2 sets, 75%/1 rep x 2 sets

Back Squat – 70%/3 reps x 5 sets

Ring Rows – 10 reps x 4 sets

Friday

Snatch –80%/1 reps x 5 sets

Clean & Jerk – 80%/1 rep x 4 sets

Front Squat – 75%/3 reps x 4 sets

Anti-Rotation Deadbugs – 10 reps each side x 3 sets
