Bullpen Fat Loss – out of physical desire and subsequent training styles. Training for fat loss is most commonly misunderstood in the public, so I have good news for you….no more long boring cardio sessions, the secrets of efficient fat loss training is called Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT).
The focus of MRT is simple, maximise your calorie burn and increase metabolic rate. When combined with a good diet MRT will maximise fat loss whilst retaining lean muscle mass, as opposed to cardio.
MRT consists of high repetitions of multi-joint movements under moderate resistance with small rest periods. The training style increases the amount of calories burned during the exercise routine in a much smaller time frame. Secondly it also maintains this high metabolism post exercise for up to 72 hours, meaning you are burning calories even after your session.
When joining Bullpen Fat loss you will be given an initial 6 month semi-personal program to be performed either under the watchful eye of one of our experienced strength coaches during our small group session or during open gym in your own time.
