Our aim is to improve your muscular strength and central nervous capacity.

We will do this by using consistent and progressive training methods, with regular assessment and evaluation . This will ensure all our members are on the road to achieving their goals.

The sample layout of our strength program is as follows.

Mondays  –  lower body pull ( Deadlift and posterior chain work )

Tuesday  –  upper body pressing

Thursday  – squat and core

Friday  – upper body pull

Allowing members to either follow a full structured program or concentrate on one particular weakness they may have.
