This class will look primarily at the fundamental movements in crossfit. Spending more time learning the correct techniques for basic pushing and pulling movements including squatting, bending and lunging. Skill elements such as kipping, skipping, and weightlifting will also be included.
Most importantly learning to control your body correctly under fatigue is an important factor to your training. At the end of each session you will put this to practice by taking part in a series of short fun workouts consisting of high repetitions in a range of time frames.
