Forget hours of training, 30 minutes is all it takes! Our Express Classes are short and fun providing you with a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.
The workouts use kettlebells, and body weight exercises to blast all the major muscle groups, whilst putting your metabolism into overdrive, burning calories for hours prior to working out. The express class takes fitness to the next level with inspirational coaches who will be there with you, motivating to go harder to get fit fast. Be prepared to work hard and sweat it out!
