After an in depth consultation and biomechanical assessment (FMS), your coach will provide you with an individualised programme designed specifically for improving and removing any dysfunctions that arose.
As a result, this will ensure you’re given the correct mobility, flexibility and stability drills, to make the most of our CrossFit programme. The second part of the programme will primarily look at the fundamental movements as well as covering stability exercises.Pushing and pulling movements will be the basis of the programme including basic squatting, bending and lunging.
Most importantly learning to control your body correctly under fatigue is an imperative factor to your training, at the end of each session you will put this into practice by taking part in a series of short fun workouts consisting of high repetitions in a range of time frames.
Once you’ve completed fundamentals you will then have the confidence to advance to our CrossFit programme.
We have courses running daily, so why not drop in for a chat and see what we can do for you.
