We will now be running a Fundamentals class every Thursday evening, this is exclusive to members only and will count towards your class allowance.
Each week we will focus on something new, great chance for beginners to start progressing their skill set so they can get the most out of CrossFit. from learning how to kip to double unders. plus at the end of every session their will be a good old fashioned WOD.
We will be looking to increase the number of fundamentals based on the success of this class.
