Monday

Snatch – 1RM
Back Squat – 1RM
Strict Press – 5 reps x 4 sets
Aleknas – 10 reps x 4 sets

Wednesday

Clean & Jerk – 1RM
Clean Pull to thigh (no hook/straps) – 85-90%/4 reps x 3 sets
Jump squats – empty bar/5 reps x 4 sets
Ring Rows – 10 reps x 4 sets

Friday

Power Jerk – 1RM
Front Squat – 1RM
Swiss Ball Deadbugs – 20-30 reps x 3 sets
