3×10 deadlifts at 60% of 1rm

3×15 ghd raises

3×8 single leg deadlifts each leg

2.30 to complete

15 kettlebell swings 32/24

15 wall balls 20/14

In the remaining time complete as many 15m shuttle runs as possible

Rest 2.30 and repeat 4 times
